Information we process

We process account details such as your name and email address, documents and emails you submit for parsing, extracted data, workspace settings, usage records, billing status, and technical information needed to secure and operate the service.

When you use Google sign-in, ParseBuddy requests only your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile picture. ParseBuddy does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive files, contacts, or calendars.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, provide document and email parsing, deliver structured results and webhooks, administer subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, communicate about accounts, and comply with applicable obligations.

Service providers and disclosure

We use service providers for hosting, artificial intelligence processing, email delivery, authentication, payments, security, and operational monitoring. They receive information only as needed to provide their services. We do not sell personal information.

Analytics and cookies

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand visits, navigation, and feature usage so we can improve ParseBuddy. Analytics remains disabled until you accept. You can decline without losing access to the service, and you can reset your choice by clearing this site's browser storage.

Retention and security

We retain account and service data while your account is active and as reasonably needed for operations, dispute resolution, security, and legal compliance. We use access controls, encryption in transit, and other reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data by contacting us. You can disconnect Google sign-in through your Google Account permissions. Some records may be retained where required for security, billing, or legal obligations.
